Debug Menu

Howdy guys, I'm trying to figure out how to enable the developer mode debug menu for FF 1, the one that lets you kill enemies instantly and that type of thing.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  I have it enabled on my home PC, but apparently not on my laptop.
