Okay, this guy is The Image:



A TV mesh will do fine, but I don't know where to find that belt. He uses mirrors as gimmicks (sound familiar, Scudder?), and I can make the mirrors on his wrists (I think), but does anything like that belt already exist?

He is a silver age villain, opponent of Nightshade.

The belt looks like Phantom Girl's, so maybe Tommyboy's PG 2 have a belt like this one, DG.
