I was wondering, could one of you who are skilled in hexing do something for me?  Could someone hex off all extra pieces of a mesh and shoot it over to me?

The mesh in question is MHV_Mammoth_Gren, and you could download it here:

I hope this is a situation where the parts can be hexed off easily and its not some gigantic hassle.

If no one else can hook you up by this weekend, shoot me a PM and I'll take a look at it for you.

I just did it. It wasn't a problem at all. I need your e-mail Scorpion and I'll send it right over. I'm pretty sure we've corresponded before, but I can't find your e-mail address.

The site's e-mail function doesn't seem to allow for adding attachments, unless I'm missing something.

I forgot to mention that I intend to use the mesh for  :ff:.

You've got mail. I left it in its original format, just in case. It's one of those meshes that works for both games without conversion, so you're all good.

You are fast Hoss, I was going to try and do this before my daughter's soccer practice, but it looks like you beat me to it.  :D

Well, Im glad he did.

I was using it for my  :ff: game, since I like to use that particular mesh for the Hulk in my games. However, the normal MHV_Brute mesh always had it's head down. Its fine for somebody like Juggernaut or whatever, but it always bothered me when I usedit for the hulk. The Mammoth mesh, for some reason, always had it's head up, so when he was fighting guys he wasnt staring at the ground.

I tried using Hex's Mesh editor to find a way around it, but managed to disappear Mammoth's arm and implode his torso. Having concluded that since I have no idea what such and such quadrants meant, I thought it would be easier to just ask one of you kind gentlemen to help me out with it.

I gotta be some kinda uber-grognard, eh? All this time, and I still am playing with  :ff:. I even have  :ffvstr:, I just always preferred the original. Anywho, thanks for indulging me. You guys are great.

I'm glad to help. Yeah, with those hex editors, you really need to know what you're doing. Remember, Scorpion, Nifskope is your friend.  :D

Cyber: It was one of those easy skope jobs, where there were only a few pieces and all I had to do was hide them. Plus, I needed to grab the opportunity to one-up my Nifskoping competition.  (mwa ha ha!)
