I give up sleep to play online after the kids are in bed.

Is that a bad thing?

Your kids or the kids on the internet? Either way it is smart.

One thing I like about Left 4 Dead 2 (or 1) is that people tend to be polite. Heck, I see some please and thank you from time to time. Sure you will get some 12 year old who is playing with the new curse words he just learned but mostly it is mature players (including kids, who are mature) that want to cooperate.

I'm afraid to play Counterstrike online though... some people just get stoned, play the same map for 12 hour binges and curse at anyone they snipe, usually making a random guess at what race they may belong to.

(edit: changed Team Fortress for Counterstrike... people on Team Fortress are not that bad but I posted without any sleep in me)

Mr. Hamrick

I'm not a big online player for the very reason that I am not fond of playing with the immature punk kid crowd.

There are other reasons but that's the biggest one.

That was a pretty good comic
