Trying To Find Maker of a Mesh...

I found this mesh (Hangman) on one of the multitude of FF Yahoo Groups quite a while back...Pic below...



He just sort of hangs there (only has one animation), turning slightly back and forth.

I have no idea which group I found it on and it has no ReadMe with it.  Does anybody know who made him?

It's not Cascarudo's Hangman, but thanks Amazo.  I wish I could recall which Yahoo group it came from, that might give me some idea who may have made it.

Yeah, he is kinda weird (LOL)...But I'd like to use him in a mod (just the mesh...Not the skin, of course), so I'm trying to get permission.

Could it be a skope of beared's ghost_man mesh?  That's my best guess anyway.

I could be wrong... But I think it waqs in the Forum Battle Royal Mod.  It may have been made by Crusader/Saracen.

Close.  It was in Forum Battle Royale 2 which C/S started and I finished.  Well more like he wrote the script and I modded the friggin' thing, but that's become a fairly common arrangement between us.

My recollection is that most if not all of the people who weren't appearing in FBR2 were shown in the opening cutscenes either as mounted heads on Saracen's wall (that's a Tommyboy mesh) or hanging from the ceiling like Volt (think C/S did that one).  There's a line about not being able to do a sequel because everyone else from FBR1 was dead.  Then there's a "naked reboot" and some of the people come back (Hellscorp, Bedrock Bully, Lightning Man, etc.).  I'm not sure how it got separated from FBR2 but Charlie doesn't seem to care who uses his stuff these days.  If you want more specific permission, I can e-mail him.

Thank you, RMT (and Wyldfyre)...I couldn't recall where he came from, but it must have been from the mod (I've had the mesh in a folder for ages). Do you think Charlie is okay with the mesh being used in other mods?  I just don't want to step on anybody's toes.

I agree with RMT.  I really don't think Charlie cares.  I still hear from Crusader/Saracen occasionally, and I'm pretty sure RMT hears from him more than I do.

Charlie is the christian name of the person known as Crusader, Saracen, and Neither Saracen Nor Crusader [NSNC].  And since Rob (Riddle Me This) mentioned it...

I e-mailed him.  This was the response:

"It sounds kind of familiar, but I honestly don't remember if I made it.  If I did, he can use it. I don't really care."

Sorry that's not very definitive.  The rest of the e-mail was basically yelling at me for being on the board instead of knocking out the other characters I promised to do for Asgard...

LOL...Thank you, RMT...I appreciate the effort.  I'll not use him in my mod, until I get a definite answer.  Perhaps I should put a request out there for a hanged man mesh(and maybe some hanged skeletons) that just sort of sways a bit (insanely small animation work, I would guess...or at least, I hope so)?

Coincidentally, I could probably use a hanging skeleton mesh myself.

I'm still planning to try my hand at a Halloween-themed mod some day. (That is, if I ever get myself in gear...)
