You can always skope the female_longhair female body on a female_basic mesh that is compatible with the female_basic swimmer keyframes, so it could all work together.

Some people might. Me, I'm still around 60% successful on any of my scopes, and what you suggest is a bit beyond my present capabilities. I could just use Female Basic swimmer KF, but I've found that the pony tail often cuts thorugh the figure and sticks out in the most innapropirate places.
