Who did this mesh?

This isn't really a request, but I didn't know exactly where to put this. I don't know where I got this mesh, but I'd like to know who did it. I am thinking of turning it into Axel Pressbutton, or just scoping it a little bit and making it a not-so-generic cyborg. Any info you might have I would like you to PM me, since I can recieve PMs via my e-mail, but can't always get a comptuer that will access the group (although I've been lucky lately).

DG, I've seen that mesh and even downloaded it before, but I'm drawing a blank on who made it and where I got it.  What's the name of the mesh (or folder it came in)?
