Alex's Freedom Fortress has his Hero Tool which can convert meshes: https://www.alexff.com/goodies.php

You don't necessarily need the EZConvert Tool, but hope you can find the right netframework

A while back, when I had to repair my PC, I was able to get it by downloading it from here.
But I don't know why it initially downloaded another version. Check that it downloads the one you want. I hope it helps.
