...a version of nikSkope that runs in Windows 10?

Take your pick: https://github.com/niftools/nifskope/releases

I mostly use Version 1.1.3 of NifSkope, but I have a few other Versions as well, including Version 0.9.1, and 2.0.dev1. All 3 Versions seem to run fine with Windows 10.
