Trying to find a mesh I should already have...

Someone (Lord Emsiddey?) did a magician with, I think, a swallowtail-type coat. Looks a little like the Son Of Man scope (but was for FF1). Did I really see this, or is it a chemically induced delusion? I'm pretty sure I have it if it really does exist, but all the meshes I've looked at are not the one I'm looking for. I don't know what the bleeping thing is called, or I might be able to look it up in my spreadsheet (of course I have all my meshes in a spreadsheet; don't you?).
