help with a skope

i need some help with a skope, i'm trying to transfer another staff wielder to AA's aquaman.

i can get all the parts on to the aquaman mesh fine but some of the animations like the staff spinning or vanishing to the meshes back. i also need to change the fly animation to match the hover, so its more of an evil wizard hovering rather than swimming lol
