Basically it is a mix of single, co-op and multiplayer with a dumbed down (for better mostly) parkour system a la Mirrors Edge and context sensitive missions similar to quake wars. In other words you can pretty much get around to any location and usually the computer gives you something to do when you get there.

Basically a utopian city for the wealthy in the middle of the ocean gets thousands upon thousands of 3rd world refuges when Global Warming hits. The idea of who is good and who is evil is pretty blurred.
