Yes, STO now has ship interiors.  I saw my ready room.  I put up ship trophies, right up on the shelf.  I saw Sick Bay.  I saw the Warp Core.  I saw my very own spacious quarters.  Doors slid open at my approach, just like in the TV show.

Did I mention I saw the Warp Core?

Ok, granted you can't really do much in it yet.  But it's more than just a Bridge.  And I can invite friends over for a mug of Romulan Ale.
