FFX perks stopped working... again!

So I started up my game and all the FFX perks (like Weather Summoner or Invulernability 10) have stopped working.

However, I believe it has to do with the FFX.py file. I was inserting names under the Weather Summoner section so some characters could get a boost from rain while others are nulled by it. I did this with the fire hydrant plugin python file as well.

This is my script log under the cut.

I figure that perhaps I would just need to get a fresh FFX.py file and it should work fine. So my question is two-fold.

Could someone send me a fresh ffx.py file from the FFX3/Script folder?
And secondly, how do I properly put names of my characters to be affected by the Weather Summoner - Rain power? I thought I was meticulous in putting the names in, but I guess I could have done it incorrectly.

Thank you for any input.
