What do you guys use for your super healers? Regeneration, lesser regeneration or fast healing?

I love fast healing and mostly use that, I tend to save regeneration for characters who can rebuild themselves when severely damaged. Still Logan has been regenerating REALLY fast in the comics these days so he might be on that level.
