Character tool not running anymor.

Hey guys, I recently had to wipe and reinstall everything onto my PC, but I can't for the life of me get the character viewer to work. I'm using the one from Modforce, but when I start it up a warning box comes up saying "alert: loadRPGStruct: %cannot be opened., charaters.dat" and it dosnt start. Ive reinstalled it about a dozen times and still nothing.

your character.dat is either missing or corrupt. Fix that and Ctool2 should work.
