Realistic looks

From what ive seen with the "Grimmy PatriotCity" Realistic Textures can be made, BUT I was wondering if anyone has even attempted to do ALL the textures like that, ya know make them look relistic. Just a question.

I was under the impression that he was doing more in a similar vein, he just hadn't gotten to it yet.
