A Last Plea

I'm gonna let you know this now, no one is gonna jump onto a mod and skin characters when there's no descriptions (and I mean actual descriptions of characters such as personalities, powers, costumes, etc), pics, or anything else that can draw them in. Keep in mind we have a dwindling number of skinners and they're all off doing their own things. Also, you can't really expect much when there's no sign that their work will actually be used and get out there. Start working on the mod, show off progress pics, and then try again...but until then, you might wanna just focus on learning the modding basics instead of soliciting skins.

here's my suggestion: make a mod level. use pre-existing skins and meshes that are like your concepts.

I gotta agree with Prev' on this; you need to have something out there to 'entice' a skinner. Some ideas, an outline & description of what you are doing helps ALOT. It helps if it's something that appeals to the potential skinners, otherwise it's just a shot in the dark.

I don't want to be rude, but it seems that you already have talented skinner who is already commited to your project. If it was me, I would feel offended if you were asking for someone to replace me while I was busy with classes. The outside life has to come before the game. I just finished with finals myself, extremely stressful. But they did have priority over everything else.

Just my opinion though.

Talented? Pfft!

Self- deprecating humor aside, Cdub and I have talked about this, I think he wants to get multiple skinners on this, to ease the load off of one person, which is totally cool. And I had told him it would take me a while to get my share done (I hadn't told him why, hence the "exams" post). So, no worries, guys!
