It's true. Dr. Doom's not oft used gun, and holster, have been part of the costume for as long as I can remember.

Secondly, the gun only comes out in the 'ranged_gun' keyframes, which you don't have to use.
But if you don't think it's 'awesome' enough, don't use it.

Besides, it isn't just a gun, it's Doc Doom's gun. You would be lucky if it merely shot bullets.

Big T That Doom Is awesome I love the Blaster Doom has on this mesh It not really skope compatible but it's tight though.

There are alternatives he could use, skins on various hooded,caped meshes.
And I think I remember Renegade saying that he was making a mesh, though that could be just wishful thinking on my part.

C6 did a Dr Doom skin for Renegades Hourman 3 mesh, if you wanted a non-gun alternative. But if you look at any classic design for Doom, you'll see he has a gun and holster ... even in the Marvel Super Heroes arcade game.
