Help with base skin

I am in the process of re-skinning my Dark Wolf character.  I have slimmed down his design considerably and I was wondering if anyone could help me find a good base skin.  Syn's wonderful Nova skin has the look I am going for a plated armor, that could be easily skinning into an organic look.  However I do not want to kit bash the work.  I was wondering if someone could help me develop a similar base skin? thanks guys

Eh? Base skin?

To me base skins are just those "nudie" folks that I see. Musculature, devoid of costume pieces (and facial features, once I get done with them) that are used as almost blank slates. What, exactly, do you mean by base skin? You want somebody to skin a sort of plated, organic creature, that you can put clothing onto?
