Help with a Creature

I'm looking for some suggestions to make something similar to this creature. It is basically Krang from TMNT with a body.

I'd suggest Valandar's Tarrasque and Troglodyte meshes. I believe they are at NPI Meshworks

I cannot find Tarrasque mesh does anyone happen to have it?
