Which kind of arrows did GA Green Arrow(and Speedy) use? ^_^

Combination of regular arrows (usually used to pin crooks clothes to the wall) and the trick arrows Green Arrow's famous for.

Green Arrow is one of those DC characters that didn't really change much between the golden and silver ages.  (His costume change was either late silver or early bronze, depending on where you break the ages.)
