Meshing Help with Custom Hero

So I basically want to put this guy i created into freedom force

and so far all i've done is this hex and skin

(the hex is of Renegade's Luke Cage and the hood from Gni's Silent Scout)
but the legs of the Luke Cage model are a little too long and the model just is a little too tall,
so if someone could beef up the legs (make them more baggy and shorter, and possibly the shoulders as well)
that would be awesome.
or is there a better mesh that would work for what i want?
