Custom Character - 'skopable?

This is a baddie I drew many moons ago (well over a decade ago). I was wondering if this was reproducible to any extent from any current meshes or combinations thereof.

The major difficulty would be in the sizing - would this be male_basic, male_muscular or male_heavy proportions?  Otherwise most of the pieces can be found.  The flippers from one of tommyboy's current genderation of versatile meshes.  The belt could be taken from one of several meshes, as could the belt buckle, again depending on proportion. There are a bunch of meshes that have cylinders that could be used for the belt pods (I would likely use one from Tommyboy' Living Lighning mesh).  The pieces on the side of the head might be the trickiest - It depends how exact you want it. You could approximated them with Triton of Abbomination ear pieces by grenadier, or abomination ear pieces by Tommyboy. Another possibility, seeing that they might be part of a mask or cowl type piece, is the helmet from Tommyboy's melter.

I personally can't take on the request, but I hope these suggestions are helpful.

Good questions.

Probably male_12foot or male_14foot would be the best models. Or male_heavy and I can hex the mesh for height.
