Shard ToTing?

Where in the Shard can a fiddy go to knock on doors and mug magical people? I figure the hardcores (read:ephy) are done badge whoring by now, us slighty addicted ho's can make a lag free appearance.

I think i did a little ToTing there last year.  The doors of the base when you come right into the shard worked then.  I just remember never leaving sight of the portal.
