Grouping with Tort, Stopman, Mikey and TPE was lotsa fun.

So how do you get the costumes?

Probably 1 in 4 "Treats", you get the temp costume power. See ParagonWiki ftw.

So how do you get the costumes?

You go around clicking doors to get a "trick" (ghosts, witches, zombies, werewolves, vampires, etc. attack you) or one or more "treats" (a good inspiration, a special piece of salvage that you can use, once you have all four pieces, to open a bonus costume slot, and/or one of the special costume bonus powers used in the above pictures).

As far as I know, you can't fill up your bonus powers. Click the "powers" tab and drag whichever powers you want to be able to use onto your tray (you can have as many as 3 trays open at once).

One of my toons on Virtue has managed to collect three out of four event salvage... oh joy!

(I decided that only one toon per server would be my designated trick-or-treater, to maximize my odds of getting all four pieces.  We'll see how that works out...)
