Bebop and Rocksteady

I would love to find a to hex or skope or both these characters, but I have several ideas for them:

A. Classic Bebop and Rocksteady

B. Feral Hulk like mutants

C. Powerful and decent martial artists

D. Highly Trained Military Monsters.

What do you folks think and do you have any suggestions about getting started?

In the back of my mind, I seem to recall seeing Bebop and Rocksteady skins/hexes some time ago, but I cannot place them now...

That head, IIRC is part of TJ's Beast Boy mesh, as one of his animal forms.
