On the one hand I'm going to miss my morning "one quick mish" fix.  On the other:

During the above two downtimes, character names we will be un-reserved for characters below level 6 only on accounts that have been inactive and not subscribed for over 90 days. (snip) In this process, we are freeing up millions of character names.

Suppose this means I can pick up "Web Head" now?

well it does say only on inactive accounts, so as long as the acct is paid and active, it shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah, Reep, active toons and accounts are safe from the purge.  This is just to free up all those names that have been locked in up accounts of people who've long since moved on.
