Vietcong-ish

Im trying to track down either a mesh or a skin that is remotely vietcong-ish.
I have the Samurai, and the kung fu meshes, and I probably could skope something along the lines of of what I'm after, but I thought I would check at large in case I missed something someone had already done along the way.
