I don't recall there being one, but hopefully I'm wrong. There *might* be a skin, but I might be imagining that. I know a mephisto (or blackheart) mesh was in the works at one point, but unfortunately, that mesh never got, and probably will never be, finished/released.

It doesn't matter of the mesh at all.
