Total creative freedom is allowed here guys, but light effects'd be nice (you know, that thing that makes the skin shiny)

I'd be interested in doing a skin, but *some* sort of general idea(s) about what you'd like would be nice...

Well, I'd like some sort of red and green colour scheme, an all in one type deal, maybe a sort of 'LH' or 'H' logo on the chest.

He's a comedy character, so it's not to be taken too seriously.

Oh, and that nice shiny effect'd be nice too :)
