Green Loontern

I happened upon a very funny, and surprisingly cool homage to GL episode of Duck Dodgers last night on Boomerang.  It was entitled "Green Loontern".  Sparing the details, Daffy Duck as a GL = FUNNY and sweeeet!  The episode had some actual recognizable GL characters (including Hal Jordan, Guy Gardner, possibly Jade, and a bunch of the alien GLs).  It even had Sinestro as a villain.  Ofcourse they were all very cartoony looking.

Sooooooo the question is, would someone be willing to skin Daffy Duck as a GL?  Here's an image:



Didn't someone do a duck mesh some time ago??  Is it a humanoid cartoonish one?

Haha I have this episode!  It was really funny.  Daffy Duck accidentally picks up Hal Jordan's dry cleaning and gets the power ring.  Weren't the Guardians in it too?

Katma Tui, Arisia, and Kilowogg were in it too!

lol this was actually my first and favorite duck dodgers episode
i haven't seen it in a while, so thanks, I think I'll go watch it and be on the lookout for a mesh or skin of it!

There are two duck meshes.  One is old (Webrider?) and one is by Beyonder that's more Daffy-ish.  That was at Dognoodle's site, which I think s down now.

This would be neat. I might (not likely, unfortunately), but you actually might want to ask Murs45. He's sort- of on a GL kick right now.

I saw the daffy-like duck mesh just a day or two ago,

and I think DoctorChallenger is right, I think it's at Dognoodle's site.  The site loaded fine for me, but I didn't download anything so I'm not sure if the downloads are working.  Worth a shot, though.

I have a Tomar Re mesh with pointed ears and a fin, but it uses the contours of the nose and lower lip to simulate a beak. Is this the one you mean? If not, I'll add it to the list of Ink's meshes I'm looking for (Lots of TM Batman on that list).

I think, Daglob, that is a hex of tommyboy's old future versatile mesh by El Insensatez - if you got it from Alx's Freedom Fortress.  The Ink mesh (with actual beak) was posted on Gamma Patrol, which is now down.

I'm psyched over the interest shown above.  I just watched that episode and immediately thought how cool it would be to see Daffy flying around  :ffvstr: soon in green tights wielding the power of a GL!!!  He'll stamp out tyranny in his own self absorbed, blundering yet astoundingly invincible style.  Ha! 

I went to the Dognoodle sight and did see the Duck mesh there and I tested the download and it works fine.  Hmmmm...Murs45 eh?  I'll ask 'im.  All he can say is nope, right?

I put it in the middle of my to-do list. I work from top to bottom, and my list has less then 10 skins on it right now. So, hopefully soon.

That mesh was done WAYYYYYYY back in the early days by JellyWorld (one of the few meshes he released). It can also be found on the Master Mesh List.

Wow, for the first time in  months (second since I canceled it a year ago), you have me missing DirecTV.  I have never seen that Dodgers episode, but it sounds downright loony.  Did I mention I like loony? :P
