Pied Piper

Ok request time..
As we all know The Flash has one of the best rouges gallery and I would love to have a Piper with my Captain Cold and Weather Wizard
I suppose that I could have posted this one in the DC request thread but I don't want it to be buried amongst other things..
Now I remember that someone was woking on a Golde Age Pied Piper but I was never really a big fan of that outfit
but I am on the other hand a huge fan of his modern costume and think that right now it's one of the coolest ones out there.
So if someone would be willing to take up this challange I would be very happy.
