try redownloading it now. I actually reuploaded the mesh as well as some other ones.

I really have no clue why you can't. I've tried downloading them from several different computer on different ip addresses and no problems at all. What browser are you using?

you are loading it into the FFvsTTR character tool arnt you

no not in the char. tool.while i,m loading the green bar goes  3/4 across at about 800kbs then it stops like its finished but its not when i unzip it;.not having any trouble with any other downloads.i'm sorry AA for the trouble man.it kills me because your ares is so awsome.send it if you can. thanks.

I had a similar problem last week. 

I'm still on dial-up (I know, I know ... get with the 21st century ...).  I was trying to redownload TUE's new Batman skin pack when I hit the same problem.  It ticked me off no end before I figured it out.

As best as I can determine, the file I was trying to re-download was already saved on the computer (Temp, Temporary Internet Files, ???).  It's Windows - who knows where it saves such things.  Anyway, I deleted all my temp files:

Explorer --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Delete Files

then for good measure, I ran Disk Cleanup:

Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Disk Cleanup

The next time I downloaded, it came across just fine.
