Changing Textures... 09/04/2007

So, I'm working on a skope using pieces that both are mapped to "extras.tga". I tried renaming the one to "extras2.tga" and all other corresponding files with it, but it shows up as white in Nifskope and magenta in Ctool2 <_<. Help please?

I'm going to assume your working with FFvst3r here.   I don't mess with the game myself, but from the description that you give, the only suggestion that I can give is to check your .tga files and make sure that they have all been properly renamed to match the corrosponding mesh pieces.   Meaning is mesh piece "A" linked and named to match "extras.tga", whereas mesh piece "B" is linked and named to match "extras2.tga".

Of course, I've never tried this, and I'm not at my PC, so I can't try this out to verify it, but, I think I worded this the way my peabrain processed the question.   Hope this helps, or at least gets the attention of someone who can help.

I've already tried this, but to no avail.
