Kill Bill and Daimajin

I have a really off the wall, shot in the dark type question.  Has anyone seen a mesh and skin for the vengeful protagonist of the two Kill Bill movies, Beatrix Kiddo?  Yeah, I know, she's not exactly a superhero. But the movies definitely have several stylized, comic book style themes. 

For some reason, I thought it would be so cool to see her in the rumble room, clad in her yellow jump suit and wielding her Hattori Hanzo katana?  Yeah, she's just human. But she's got some pretty formidable powers for being peak human.  Whoops...crossing into other thread categories.  That's my fevered imagination for you.

Have you seen her anywhere?

I know that Valandar did a series of Mechas and other assorted Manga'ish, Japanamation-type giant beasties.  Just haven't seen the Daimajin.

Sweetness....you're on!  Count me in as looking!  Anyone have any ideas where I can find a mesh for a female with a katana???  Seems to me VX might have one...not entirely sure though.

I believe there is a Female_Basic_Katana mesh.  Maybe it is a Female Amazon Katana.  If I find it I will post the link here.

no problem on my part, i think it'd be cool to have her slash up some baddies, now that i think of it, if you find a proper mesh, i'll skin a basic crazy 88 member so that you could have multiples to slice down!

o ya, since she has to be 100% accurate, maybe we need to find a motorcycle chick with helmet(and animated cycle) so we can have her on her crotch rocket in her yellow suit and helmet?

A typical crazy 88 thug eh?:



Pretty much just any typical Asian 20-something wearing the stereo-typical "salaryman" out fit (black sport coat, black tie, and black slacks and shoes...and white collared shirt).  Throw in the face mask and a katana and you've got your  Crazy 88 thug.

Hmmmmm...what mesh would be best for that?  Is there a mesh out there that might be something like "male suit katana"?  *Doing my best Ben Stein from Ferris Bueler's Day Off imitation*  Anybody...uh...anybody...uh....anybody?

Bouncing back to the crazy 88s, sadly I only have a couple possible meshes so far:

And Detourme did a skin for the Foot Ninja (classic Ninja Turtle foes).  It is based on a Ninja mesh that I am having trouble tracking down right now (I will revise this as soon as I find it):  http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/detourne_me/files/

I don't know these meshes are probably not optimal to portray the suits that Crazy 88 thugs wear.  But both meshes use katanas (or atleast katana'ish swords).

Now as to the motorcyle....wow...I haven't a clue.  Anybody else have an idea???

a few esh suggestions.  Ink's Psylock V2 for beatrix,  just skope new hair on her, shes got fighting and kitana animations.
and batgirl_bike_tv by tommyboy...  just skope off the extras, and there you go, a female riding a bike.  heck, you could even skope in the psylocke mesh,  so it looks spotless. when she rdes a bike or chops up foes.

for the crazy 88 thug.  use a pulp versatile mesh, since they are male basic compatible... then you could even add Val's fencer or knife slasher keyframes and hx in a sword.  alpha enable a few hairstyle choices and there ya go.

as for the skinz, i got it locked, i have the biggest ref. source and it will totally be 100% accurate to the T. and for meshes, i haven't a clue how to nifscope anything, and i don't mess with kf's because i always screw it up, so i'm just down for skinning, but if anybody else wants to help out with the zip file packaging, be my guest!

alright guys, windows vista is a piece of dren! it's a thrall just trying to save my skins in the proper folders, so it's gonna take a bit to skin the bride, o and i am gonna use the male_suit_V2 for johnny mo w/ some alt. crazy 88 members.
it's also going to take a while, because i'm going to make the base and clothes basically from scratch.

Take your time, mate.  Creativity takes time.  That's not to say that I don't want to see them bounding across the danger room!  Bring 'em on!  Yeeha!!   Any way, thanks for doing these!

ok so here is my placeholder skin for johhny mo, a.k.a the leader of the crazy 88's
this is a crappy placeholder i'm using to figure out the mask and placement before i put on the texture and highlights etc. what i've been having to do, is paint the skin seperately then save the skin into the folder cuz my computer is wonky. so that explains why i'm taking so long and why this skin sucks as is. simply it's a guide for the real skin.

btw. i'm using the male suit v2 mesh, it's perfect for johhny, and i might add dif. types of crazy 88's as alt. skins.



just a preview, so don't get dissapointed.

p.s.s.s unlike most other skinners i'm actually repainting mostly everything, so it's alot more time consuming than just using the easy gradient and dodge/burn tools in phtoshop!
