FFX 3.2 beta deleted several FXs

I installed this and found that many cool fx effects are now gone.  :(  Like a fool I didn't  back up the folder before I installed the beta.  :doh: Effects like heat vision are gone and blowing effects (cone) now come from the hand instead of the head. Anyone else notice this?

They weren't actually deleted, the FX are all still there, but the .dat files were overwritten.  Can't be avoided.  If you installed them to the data folder as well, you can get them back by merging .dats

In addition, your old DAT files should still be there, with the extension ".old" added.

(Note to everyone: I'd suggest keeping FFX-specific issues in the Mods forum, to keep things regrouped. What's more, some of us don't check most forums as diligently as the ones dedicated to Mods and Scripting, so you might get faster answers there.)
