it would be awesome to see a mesh, or maybe theres a skin out there for tommyboy's six arm spidey mesh?

Ultimate Evil made one for that mesh.  I'm not sure where it is located now though, but If you can't find it I can zip mine up.

i only know of one website w/ his stuff, which is good but no doppelganger there, and came up w/ nothing while searchin for it.

yes there is and it was created poorly by myself, which is why i said he wont be updated anytime soon

i agree, i think its more that the mesh really needs to be hexed in order to really fit a doppelganger type skin

but i do understand where you are comin from, as your other works are some of the best skins I have seen, and could hardly imagine anybody improvin them
