If B really wanted to be here posting, he would be.  He wouldn't need a 'petition'.  Why drag him back to a forum he really doesn't have much interest in?

If anybody just wants him back to work on meshes, I stand in full agreement that he's a great mesher who probably fired up a lot of other people to learn how to do it.  The community will always be indebted to him for those early contributions.  And he's always welcome here, just like anybody else.  But I wouldn't beg him to come back just because I want him to make me a mesh.  That's too selfish a motivation.  Using him for his talents instead of welcoming him as a friend.

For all I know, Beyonder is a regular here posting under another name.  If he's not, I don't see the point of a petition.

Beyonder, if you read this, you are welcome and wanted here as a valued part of Freedom Reborn.  Not because of what you can do, but because you're a cool person who cares about the same geeky superhero things as the rest of us.  I'm not begging you to come back if you've moved on and wish to keep moving on, in which case I say "Godspeed".

Cool. And he's said a few times that he wants to come back...he's had a lot a personal stuff going on. But this time around (how I read our conversations anyway) I think the man just wants a little positive reinforcement from the peeps (yes...I do see us community members a little yellow sugar coated marshmallows). I started this thread as kind of lark....and a way to gas him up a little...because I knew everybody and their sister would post here. And he has been posting...every once in a while but he does. I don't think a "petition" hurts anybody or impinges on the mans right to say "go take a long walk off a short pier"...but he hasn't...in fact I'm pretty sure he's reading this thread and havin' a good laugh...or at least I hope he is. :D :P

Someone should EZScript a welcome home parade cutscene with BYD as grand marshal.  ^_^

While I've never met the guy, I have used his meshes quite a bit, and am always excited to see wayward members find their way back.
