I have recently discovered some shocking news.  A man was taking a friend to Arizona. He left his wife and son at home.  However, their son had secretly gone into depression as of late.  So, when the man-the husband-left the house, the son picked up a knife, and stabbed his mother.  And then he stabbed himself.

That boy's mom was my mother's cousin.

My mother was close to her cousin, and she was good friends with my father.  When he married her, my mom's cousin welcomed him with open arms.  I never met her, but he said she was one of the nicest people he ever met.  And then, her own son killed her.

My father and my family on my mother's side are all sad at this loss, especially my mother's mother.

This was just...absolutely dreadfull...
