Hey, happy thanks giving everyone! What's the plan?

Here we do the 'thanksgiving of the orphans' every year... basically everyone who is too broke to go home joins us for a massive feast. Since we never know how many people will show up we need to make it pretty epic. Hopefully I will have pics of a bunch of drunk 20-somethings chowing down on turkey up soon.

This year I tackling BBQing the turkey.  'bout time to go fire up the grill, in fact!

I hope every one has a blessed day full of family - biological or otherwise.

Best Thanksgiving wishes to all Thanksgivingers here at the boards!

HAPPY FOOD DAY!

AWW... MAN... the food... the drink... the Wii gaming... it was a good event. Only problem is that the turkey was a little dry. I snagged a wing and I swear that thing was coated in a chtinous shell that I couldent break with my teeth.

Hope everyone had a splendid Thanksgiving!  :)

Many years ago, Hurricane Andrew hit, which meant I had to fly home breifly in September and burn my Thanksgiving airfare during the school shutdown.  I was fortunate enough to have a friend who invited me to share thanksgiving with his family, something I am still grateful for to this day.

My thanksgiving was great - we had it at a bed & breakfast that serves absolutely amazing food (the stuffing this year was to DIE for mmmmmmmm)  and then some leisure time away from "civilization".  T'was nice.

Visited my parents over the weekend, had Thanksgiving dinner Friday. My mother still makes the best Thanksgiving dinners (even if she didn't do her famous chestnut stuffing this year)...
