which mesh is it? not the converted male_suit gangster's Ren put together?

It's basically male_suit but it has a pistol and a tommy gun that can be hidden.

Did anyone ever do skins of these?  If so, I'd be interested, as, unless I missed something, Ren's didn't come with complete skins, just the meshes and the male_suit skin.
