Gabriel Casseus will star in G-FORCE for Jerry Bruckheimer. Casseus has worked on Bruckheimer projects before, most notably BLACK HAWK DOWN, CSI: NY, and CSI: MIAMI.

G-FORCE has nothing to do with the kinda cool G-Force music visualizer of the same name, or the G-Force: Guardians of Space anime project from a while back.

Casseus will play...

This reminds of the XBOX title CONKER: LIVE AND RELOADED, which features a scummy, gun toting squirrel.

G-FORCE will will be directed by Hoyt Yeatman, a long time visual effects god who has graced projects rlike STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE, BLADE RUNNER, BUCKAROO BANZAI, Cronenberg's THE FLY, and THE ABYSS. His previous FX association with Bruckheimer includes THE ROCK, CON-AIR, and ARMAGEDDON.

That's a pretty damn cool list of credits (I left quite a few out). It'll be interesting to see if he can direct as well as he can..ummm...effect.

This project could be either incredibly bizarre and cool, or a total disaster. Very curious to see how this pans out.
