just wondering if old-school DC characters Doctor Destiny and/or Bruno Mannheim have ever been skinned?

it might be fun to simulate the Doctor's powers in the Danger Room, though i'm not quite sure which way would be best.

Manneheim could be fun, as the leader of Intergang. heck, maybe somebody's done them before and i just don't know!
