Hey Y'all, I came across this alt suped up version of the Wizard of Oz heroes by Gaston25:



I liked it so much I thought I'd show case it here and see if anyone might be interested in skinning them as a challenge?  I know that most of you are WAY busy.  But nothing ventured...and all that....

Just a thought.   :wacko:

The Lion is big and fierce (kind of like Beast from the X-Men)
Dorothy is more grown up (more of a acrobat/martial artist is my guess)
The Scare Crow is, well, scarier!
The tin man, robotic coolness

I wonder what the new flying monkeys would look like?  And the witch....whew...the thought gives me shivers!

Finally, some updated Wizard of Oz characters that actually look sweet. I wasn't a fan of McFarlane's stuff at all, and most other stuff I've seen is too "let's be hardcore" and not enough Oz. Although, I'm not that fond of this look for Dorathy.

Still, I wouldn't mind seeing somebody take these on at all.

Hmmmmm...very good point.  Ok, it's official...Dorothy must be more...erm...uh...more..ummmm...respectable.   ;)

Man, ha, I think there's a rather depressing commentary on our culture in there somewhere. :(
