I thought someone had a done a Bruce Banner skin but I can't seem to find it. Was I dreaming?

That depends.  What do you recall it looking like?  There was  "Bruce Banner" skin in the Marvel Knights mod, done on the O'Connor mesh.

I remember it being on either TJ's Dr Jekyl/Mr Hyde mesh or a Pulp Vesatile type variant. I could be mistaken though.
