Direct from the pages of nearthly Spectaculars we present MANLET. The tiny Titan, the mightly mite, the... wait, all those have been used to describe The Atom, too. Ah well...

Anyway, now at CO3 is Manlet, one of the members of Miracles Inc. He only appeared in two comics, so he counts as pretty obscure.
