Hopefully the final fix - when I fixed the last two characters I broke the Vulture. I think everybody's good now. Re-uploaded again

The Peter Potamus Show

Like most HB shows of the time, the Peter Potamus show was made of three different cartoons, only one of which was Peter Potamus.

The other two were "Breezly and Sneezly" - about a bear and a seal in the Arctic, and "Yippee, Yappee, and Yahooey" - three musketeer like guards working for a king.

Peter Potamus's cartoons usually have him and his sidekick, Soso the monkey, looking for adventure in their small boat with a hot air balloon attached. If they couldn't find any fun, the boat had a time machine with a dial they would spin randomly just to see when they would wind up.

Peter Potamus and Soso - mesh and skins by Cranlox.

The balloon is from the models resource, and the boat is from a Peter Potamus stl.

I'll have dioramas and packs up for the other two cartoons in the show up soon.

Peter Potamus Part 2 - Breezly and Sneezly

Basically a remake of Yogi Bear with a few changes. Instead of Yogi stealing picnic baskets from tourists at Jellystone Park, Breezly Bruin tries to sneak into a military base in the Arctic.

Instead of Boo Boo we get Sneezly Seal, who true to his name sneezes a lot

Ranger Smith is replaced with Colonel Fuzzby who tries to keep Breezly of the base.

Probably one of the worst classic HB cartoons around.

I saw them when you asked me to make them and I liked them! They have a lot of nostalgia looking at them today. Genuine great work on the diorama

Peter Potamus Diorama - There was a problem with transparency on the balloon making it invisible. It looks fine in the FF viewer, but not the FF2 one.

Removed the transparency node and joined the balloon to the main body. Fixed and uploaded the new version to the Dioramas folder.

"When I say whoa, I mean WHOA!"

Looney Tunes - "Sahara Hare"

Another of my old favorites. Bugs gets lost while traveling again, and instead of Miami Beach he winds up in the Sahara Desert and meets "Riff Raff Sam".

I had a hard choice deciding on the below scene, Sam riding the camel, or Sam riding the elephant. But this version won.

Bugs Bunny from an old import.

Rifle from a weapon pack from "The Movies Game"

The doors are from the models resource. The wall from sketchfab.

Youtube doesn't have the full cartoon, but there's a clip below.

I had to take  a few days off with my wife in the hospital. She's home and recovering now so a lot of stress is gone.

Uploaded the Desert Sam Diorama from above. Looks like I forgot to do that before.

Another song to get stuck in your brain.

The question of the day is....

"Is you is, or is you ain't my baby?"

The major studios used movies and cartoons to get some of their music out to the public hoping it would help sales. Hence the name of "Looney Tunes" and "Merry Melodies" by Warner Bros, and Disney's "Silly Symphonies"

MGM didn't do it as much but the Tom and Jerry cartoon "Solid Serenade" is a good example. Tom sneaks over to sing to Toodles on a balcony using a bass violin, after taking care of the bulldog on guard by conking him on the head and then tying him up.

Things are going well until Jerry shows up, annoyed at being woken up by the singing.

Tennessee Tuxedo Diorama

The Tennessee Tuxedo Show was the second show created by the small "Total Television" studio, the first being "The King and Odie"

Like most shows of the era, it consisted of three different cartoons within the show;

Tennessee Tuxedo - Tennessee is a penguin in a zoo run by Stanley Livingston. Along with his friend, Chumley the Walrus, they try every episode to scheme, not only for themselves but for the zoo as well.

He's smart enough to get advice when he needs it from Mr Whoopee, who uses his "3DBB" (3D Blackboard) to explain things, but usually runs off before getting all the information he needs and then runs into trouble.

The other two cartoons in the show were the "The Hunter" and "Klondike Kat"

Tennessee, Chumley and Mr Whoopee  - meshes and skins by Cranlox.

Chairs, desk, door and blackboard from the models resource.

Great work and production. I think once I finish what's on my list I'll try again to capture something bigger, like castles.

I found a multi hex model that I've used a couple of times already. Its cartoon style but great for me.
