Alex keeps all of his mod tools there. A lot of really handy stuff.

I don't see it at Alex's currently, but it is still available at the official Freedom Fans site (which is still up!):  http://www.freedomfans.com/modforce/
Alex does have a link to the site in his Links section.

Edit:  In the Goodies section there *is* a bundled set of Mod tools for FFVTTR, but I can't tell if the CTool is in there or not.
