Previously we did the classic Thor, so now let's rate the current one. The Thor identity is now held by Jane Foster. This is her design:

When I first saw this design I didn't like it. But once I started seeing art for the comic (by Russell Dauterman who's art I really like) I really turned around on it.
I've given it a like. Highlights for me include the helm (love it), the boots with their little wings, and the asymmetrical designs on the arms.
Negatives include the long back skirt (it's like a double cape), and the gap in the shirt.

I give it a definite 3, Meh.  It's just over-designed and uneven.  I like the helmet, as Pod said, but it has that weird skirt and loincloth, and it just doesn't quite come together.
